Metazoa Brewing Company is a dog-friendly craft brewery and dog park in Indianapolis that donates 5% of its profits to animal and wildlife organizations. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome inside the taproom and outdoor patio, and pups can be off-leash within the dog park. You can even rent out space to have Fido's birthday party! Food trucks visit frequently. Please note that the tap room is for ages 21 and over only.

An annual or weekly dog park pass is required and can be purchased with cash or a debit/credit card at the park office. An application and vaccination records are required. The dog park is located on the north side of the state park and has three fenced play areas without size restrictions. Platoon Run boasts 3.6 acres with large shade trees, a water station, benches, waste stations, agility equipment, a shelter, and even a fireplace. Herrin Hill is a 1.3-acre play area that is mostly open with shade, a water station, benches, and waste stations. Brigade Landing is open seasonally and offers 5 acres complete with a pond, dog beach, and a wooded area.
